> How fancy is that?

Pretty fancy.

Wow, I'm going to have to try this stuff out. Sure beats getting out all the ingredients and mixing them together!

I bought some the other day but haven't tried it yet! I have to giggle at your sunflower utensil crock. It's so tiny!! Mine is easily 3X the size plus I have 2 drawers of utensils I can't live without! One of the things on my "To Do" list is to at least get myself to the counter crock and only 1 drawer.

p.s. If you haven't already, try out Tre Trattoria on Broadway (down by the Witte), it's another Jason Dady restaurant that I thought you'd like.

My first thought was "But pancakes are so easy!" -- but then I realized that with the Batter Blaster, I could just make a couple at a time! My problem with pancakes is not the mixing/cooking, but the quantity I end up with -- and this would fix that. It's good to hear that your sister found it in Minnesota - maybe that means I'll be able to find it here in Iowa!

Costco was carrying them in a 4-pack, but they haven't had them for a while. My kids loved them because they could make one or two pancakes all on their own before school in the morning.

I've been eyeballing the stuff at HEB whenever I go, but I haven't bought it because I was waiting for someone I know to try it. Very nice! We have pancakes here every Saturday, and if my wee one had her way, we'd have them way more often than that.

we love batter blaster! it makes less normal sized pancakes then it says it will, but they sure are yummy! i was going to wait to get them this summer for camping (which would be perfect by the way) but then we broke down and made them at home. yum!

This kind of post is just the reason you should keep blogging. Facebook is not a substitute. The eggnog french toast sounds (in the words of some little people I know} grossy.

That's hilarious!

If you are so inclined, you can make critters - bears, pigs, starfish, cats. "Letters of the day" are also a big hit around here. Maybe you could make Dave "swine" pancakes for breakfast tomorrow.

Batter Blaster busts Guinness World Record with 76,382 pancakes cooked and served in an eight hour period. See the TV coverage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ti1cRbD0XRE

That is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard of. Seriously.
