About Me

My name is Courtney and I am a professional classical musician. Believe it or not, this means that my full time job is to play the viola in an orchestra. Because I'm a professional violist, I have more free time than the average person. I don't know if y'all know any orchestral musicians, but no matter what anyone says, it's a cushy gig. In an effort to fill up some of my free afternoons, I took up knitting which led to an obsession with yarn and knitting blogs and here I am. I was born and raised in Minnesota, and I now live in San Antonio, Texas with my husband and our son.
