I guess last week's yarn must not be that desireable, because I just generated a random number between one and FOUR to determine this week's free yarn winner. Either the yarn is ugly, or no one is reading. Oh well, what do I expect when I go through my stash and pick something that I don't mind giving away. Anyhooch, the winner of the Dream in Color Starry from last week is Kelsey! Please send me your mailing address at yarntootinatyahoodotcom and I will send that out to you sometime soon.
I'm going to try to up the ante for this week. I give you, quite literally, one skein of Numma Numma Toasty in Fig Preserves...
I bought this yarn in Atlanta at Knitch on New Year's Eve 2007. Knitch is a great LYS and I really hope to make it back there someday. In the interest of complete honesty, I must divulge that this yarn has been wound into a cake and then reskeined, but not an inch of it has been knitted up. When I went to Knitch, I was with my friend, Charlie, who had never been to a yarn store and he really wanted to see how the ball winder and swift worked. I had them wind this, just so he could see it, and then I later reskeined the yarn. I just say that because I know that Numma Numma is a hot commodity on the trading scene and those yarn hos can be picky about these things. I am often picky myself and I will tell you that this yarn is in perfect condition. If you want it, you know what to do.
Ooh, that is some pretty yarn!

Your reskeined yarn disgusts me.

Pretty yarn!! But I'm not holding out much hope since I was one of the 4 last week and didn't win-no lottery ticket buying here!!!

Yeah, like Amy, I was one of the four last week, too (and really wanted that sparkly green yarn!) - but I'll try for this one, too...
